More may have been added since then, but they’re probably putting up a week or so’s worth at a time. Also, a few of them (Mass Effect 2 on 335, BFBC2 on 4256) don’t have the correct product IDs for the pictured game in the image URL, so they may be temporary placeholders or something.

Hmmm… I can’t get the list of image URLs through the spam filter, so you’ll have to copy and paste.
The general format is http://www.direct2drive.com/promos/summer-ends-event/_img/XXXX.jpg
with the following numbers found for XXXX:
335.jpg – ME2
403.jpg – Act of War
4256.jpg – BFBC2
5269.jpg – SupCom Gold
7858.jpg – CoH
8361.jpg – Cities XL
8626.jpg – Star Wars Force Unleashed
8687.jpg – COD: MW2
9450.jpg – Tropico 3 Absolute Power
9652.jpg – Disciples III
9699.jpg – DoW II
9719.jpg – Puzzle Quest 2

A shade over $7 via paypal at about $1.5 to £1.
