Try this to get The Void working: http://forum.ice-pick.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=9594&p=102371#p102371, and then launch it from the game.exe in it’s bin/win32 directory

Maybe it is specifically The Void, I can’t get it working either – downloaded twice but it won’t launch at all from Capsule and launching it from it’s directory just gives a black screen.

Yeah, shame. Some of those games looked interesting. Guess I’ll have to wait until whatever the next promo is.

Hi, it’s not the launching of greenmangaming. It was here 3-4 weeks ago,i bought necrovision at 0.01£ and the speed of downloading was amazing (max of my connection)
with this offer a lot of people rush the site.

Yup, after trying for over 3 hours to get anything through checkout I gave in and went to sleep … only to wake up with the code not working. This is a really strange way to launch a service … servers without enough bandwidth, case sensitive login which automatically puts your username into lower case as you log in, etc …

Given this experience I doubt very much that I will use them in the future – great marketing campaign …. fail at the first hurdle.

Does anyone who got this know where the serial is for creating a multiplayer account?

Thanks again

Put the voucher in, cost reduced to 0, all was well. But when I completed the checkout I got an error message saying there was something wrong with the order and that they hadn’t taken any money. So I tried again, but it claimed the voucher had expired. Bah.

The confirmation email says I paid 8.99 but I’m pretty sure it hasn’t actually charged me.

The website is not coping with the load – if you click the add voucher button more than once because it doesn’t seem to be doing anything then the total will show as an amount to be changed to you. It was so slow the first time I tried that the total showed as 104 pounds !
That purchase crapped out so the next time I tried I waited for the add voucher button to do something and then the purchase worked.

The amount due was £0 and it’s available for download in my account, but in the confirmation e-mail they sent afterward says “Total due:£5.99”. Is that supposed to happen? I don’t want to get caught out by anything when I download the game.

Great offer on their part if it is all legitimate.

If they are paying for every game we purchase, and VVVVVV author wasn’t informed of this, what exactly are we downloading when we purchase VVVVVV?

This is starting to look a bit weird. These deals are always made by talking with the publishers/developers first. If for nothing else, because usually the store can even arrange a discount with the publisher/developer to soften the store initial loses.

This does not bode well.
